Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content on CATCHPIK infringes your copyright, send a notice via our contact page including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
• The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material.
• Your name, address, email and phone number.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

Valid notices are reviewed within 5 business days. Infringing material is removed or disabled, and repeat offenders lose access. We may notify the uploader (for admin-uploaded content, our own team) and allow a counter-notice where appropriate.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact details plus consent to jurisdiction. We restore content 10–14 business days after a valid counter-notice unless the complainant files court action.

Our own pledge

CATCHPIK publishes original AI-generated and designed assets. We do not scrape other stock sites, and we do not falsely claim ownership of third-party work. If we ever get it wrong, tell us and we will fix it fast.
