Contributor Terms
These terms govern the CATCHPIK contributor program. By creating a contributor account or uploading content, you agree to them.
Last updated: October 2026
1. Your work stays yours
You keep full copyright of everything you upload. By submitting content to CATCHPIK you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-bearing license to host, display, distribute and promote your work on the platform. Non-exclusive means you can sell or share the same work elsewhere too.
2. Original work only
Upload only work you created yourself and have full rights to. Do not upload:
- Other people's designs or stock assets you don't own
- Trademarked characters, logos or celebrity likenesses
- AI outputs that reproduce copyrighted material
Uploads found to infringe third-party rights will be removed, earnings forfeited, and repeat offenders banned.
3. Review process
Every upload is reviewed by our team before going live, usually within 48 hours. We may reject uploads for low quality, wrong categorization, missing previews, or suspected rights issues. Rejected uploads show the reviewer's note in your dashboard and can be fixed and resubmitted.
4. Earnings
You earn a fixed amount for each download of your approved assets. The current per-download rate is shown in your dashboard and may change; changes apply to future downloads only and are announced in advance.
Downloads are counted when a visitor completes a download through our download endpoint. We filter obvious abuse, bots and self-downloads.
5. Payouts
Request a payout once your balance reaches the minimum threshold shown in your dashboard. Payouts are made via PayPal to the email in your account settings, after manual review (usually within 7 business days).
You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings and for keeping your PayPal email up to date. Payouts sent to a wrong address due to outdated details cannot always be recovered.
6. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, upload infringing content, or attempt to game download counts. Balances from legitimate earnings remain payable; earnings from fraudulent activity are forfeited.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the program evolves. Material changes (like the earning rate) are announced in the dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect.
